首先酒店地理位置还是不错的，但是我不推荐大家住这家酒店。1、酒店楼层服务员的服务态度实在是太差了，给人的感觉好像是她才是住酒店的，什么态度；2、卫生条件差，我住的时候看见楼道里面有剩饭仍在地上，等到第二天退房的时候还是在地上扔着；3、房间内设施差，网线插口的线全部裸露在外边，而且之前告诉我是两个插口，结果我只找到一个。总而言之说是酒店，其实还不如小旅馆呢

服务态度蛮不错的。没灯是一个很大的缺点。。热水是热水器烧的。热水很少洗洗就凉了。。

要不是一早要坐长途车的话，就不会选择这个宾馆了。房间大小还可以，就是味道很大，隔音效果也不好。不过服务还差不多，价格也很便宜。离车站近，比较方便。

性价比还是可以的，不过我住的房间房卡打不开门每次都要服务员用钥匙打开，很不方便。上网也有问题！

距离包钢不是很远，在包头长途汽车站旁边，到地方时预定的房间没有了，很是诧异，后来值班人员还算负责又帮忙把高一些价格的房间按照预定价，开了一间，出差要求不高的朋友住住还可以，价格较公道。
