24日早上退房，打印机故障，无法打印发票，着急赶火车，让邮寄，前台竟然让我给他们付邮费，给她讲道理，不是我的原因导致无法打印发票，为何让我付邮费，导致的后果就是，5次致电才给我寄发票，第一次前台答复24日下午已经寄出，可前台给我发过来的寄件照片上的邮戳显示26日下午才收件的，满嘴跑火车，诓人也请动点脑子！
