服务员态度极差，订的是贵宾房，退房出来走到前台就过了十分钟，服务员一直在催，还要让我们开钟点房。。。晚上火车晚点，到宾馆已经四点了，保安有不及时开门 在外等，等到给前台打电话 才开的门

贵宾楼不错，房间够大，唯一缺点车子过夜还有收10元停车费，在国内住了这么多酒店还是第一次，觉的有点欠妥

预订的贵宾楼豪华单间，服务各方面都还可以，就是房间有点暗，没主灯照明，个人比较喜欢亮堂的房间。停车场收费10元 赶路也没问什么原因
