酒店位置位于开发区自驾比较方便，离市区有点远，酒店床品很舒服，早餐味道也很赞，前台服务态度也好，都是满脸微笑待客亲切，因为去越野回来衣服很脏还有专门的洗衣房，遗憾的是没有配备洗衣液就只能自己在房间手洗了，衣服太多衣架不够楼层的一个少数名族的小姐姐拿来了自己的衣架给我们用很是感激，退房虽然有点误会但是在黄丹丹主管的沟通下顺利解决，以后来还是会入住这里，谢谢你们！

每次来库尔勒都住这里，很好。卫生环境很好，服务到位，虽然离市区远点，但安静，能休息很好，停车方便，推荐。

除了地方有点偏离市中心，其它都很好，设施新，服务好，停车方便，房间大，我们住的时候很便宜，现在时隔几个月，好像已经贵了很多，也许当时是为了宣传吧

有停车场，中央空调，设施还都不错，就是全房间就一个电源，没有电视，床只有一个薄床垫。早上八点后面学生跑操有点吵，早餐不错，人不多，菜很丰富，但是喝的选择有点少，只有白粥，小米粥和牛奶。如果把其中一中周换个黑米？豆浆应该也不错。

环境和卫生都很好。但工作人员没有礼貌！没有服务态度！早上没有热水，前台电话打了五分钟没人接。硬件与软件完全不匹配。

上当了，酒店所谓的特价房根本就是坑。投诉了多个问题，坐实了五个问题还拒不承认！电视没有，电话没有，wifi没有，浴衣也没有，独立的淋浴间也没有床板垫子恶心又硬，前台服务员态度很不好！投诉还不管用。客观讲早餐还不错
