作为一个四星级酒店，我只能说还凑合吧！位于市中心，周围吃饭，看电影都有，就是房间设备太陈旧，而且房间特别小，床也特别小，不符合四星级的标准

属于老酒店，设施稍旧，但是服务水平很不错不愧是四星级酒店，入住时没有给我两张10元的餐劵，前台的小伙子给我补上了服务周到，大家都很热情，早餐还算丰盛，酒店位置也好，周边环境也好，附近吃饭也方便，值得入住

作为一个入住陌生酒店的顾客，我用亲身经历发自内心的觉得，在库尔勒银星称完美，环境优雅又不失情调，服务人员态度诚恳，尤其是特此表扬一下前台有一个维吾尔族的男生服务态度很好 应该没记错的话叫祖力，落落大方。绝对的五星级的标准
