设施维护差，房间墙纸都开裂了。前台办理入住和退房太耗时间，业务还需要加强培训。7:00早餐，厨师居然没上班，只有收餐券的服务员，对于五星标准的酒店来说，早餐品种太少。酒店位置在新区，周边配套设施少，距离主城还有一段距离，购物用餐都不太方便。
房间设施配置水准不错，床品很舒服。房间超大，步入式衣帽间很方便。
