带孩子去的，前台看到孩子，马上送了一个鸡年公仔，还安排了儿童拖鞋和儿童浴袍。自助餐品种非常丰富，免费提供多种啤酒和梅子酒等等。重点点名表扬一下几位工作人员：周容，李璇，苏娜，因为有你们，旅程更温暖。

第二次入住，前台及接待都非常好，这也是第二次选择这的原因。但这次房间的空调没有热风，给前台去了电话找来客房人员来，告知是中央空调她也没办法，然后就没有然后了，瞬间对酒店没好印象了，然后在寒冷中度过了一个大年初一，不想再来了，就这样吧，说多了都是泪。
