酒店设施硬件很好。不过前台服务比较机械式，几天前通过携程订了3个房间，中午13点多到店告知只收到2个房间订单，而且还办理不了入住，是一对一的转房……后来我同事只有临时再现场开了一间更高价格的房间，奇怪的是晚上八九点前台又打电话说我们还有一间房没入住，问是否入住？我了个去，我们办入住时不是几个人反复查找没找到订单吗？晚上你又来了……

新酒店，在市中心位置，装修现代，房间大，设施先进，整理干净。服务水平需提高，可能通过携程预订的客人不多，前台在电脑上找了好一阵，才确认。退房后携程客服又反映未见住房记录。承诺的双早无人提起，房间也未见餐券。wifi密码需打电话问。
