因为毛巾上有泥巴，收了我十块钱的破损费，来恶心人的是不是？我就纳闷了，你们酒店又没有专门擦脏东西的毛巾，那我东西脏了不用毛巾擦难道用嘴巴舔？昨天看见一位客人在你们酒店住竟然还收了十块钱手续费，这位客人说你们酒店在入住前说是免费的，现在竟然还收！搞的在前台吵吵闹闹可有意思。谁都不差那十块钱，但是你们能不能不要这么恶心人？你们酒店就靠这十块钱营生？对平昌县映像很不错的，被你这酒店搞的我以后真心再也不想来了。还有你们三楼是ktv，你知道有多吵吗？我住在八楼都可以听的很清楚，都可以跟着一起唱。差、很差、非常差，这家酒店不值这个价！不推荐入住、不推荐入住、不推荐入住。
