园区环境挺好，老一点的干休所，设施旧点可以理解，服务还是很到位的，有一天出去玩，下雨了，服务员还把晾晒的衣服给收了，这点挺好，赞一下！地点唯一不足的是吃饭不太方便！

位置好，离公园近，安静。住宿条件到还是不错的。就是热水的问题，早点洗澡有热水，越晚水越冷，应该用的太阳能吧。关键便宜啊

带着父母和孩子，在东山宾馆里，靠近东门和北门，北门出去是鸽子窝，附近还有公交车直达各个景点和火车站，东门出去就是海滩，看日出溜个弯交通出行非常便利很好找。相比较出行和风景，宾馆设施就比较陈旧了，委屈还算可以，这个价格和森林公园一样的疗养院相比，整体性价比很高了。
