不愉快的消费体验，临离店的时候说浴巾上有片油污，要求赔偿，其实在第一次用之前就看到了有块黄色的东西，以为是生锈的黄色，就没当回事，结果离店的时候诬陷说是我们给弄的油污，天地良心，何来油污？出门在外着急赶车，给了他80元赔偿了那天破烂的浴巾。有点讹诈人的意思！最好自己检查一下自己的管理流程，酒店自己的问题拿来讹诈消费者实属黑心。
