整体感觉还不错！离海边特别近，房间布局很简单，有窗户，晾衣服的话要去楼顶，就是唯一不方便的是洗澡的时候，热水水压不稳定！卫生方面也一般！

第一次入住此宾馆，感觉一般，优点：离海边特别近，不行3分钟，但还是有点不足，房间太旧，厕所感觉不干净（可能是年头长了点的原因），不过价格不高，此地段中算是低价。

有虫子，房间很潮湿，但离海边很近，步行2分钟就到了，里看日出的碧螺塔也很近，步行10分钟就到了。
