先说缺点，房间设施老，最差的是厕所。卫生间用品很差。服务很一般，服务员都是实习生，对客人很不热情，对周边情况也不了解。
优点，院子很幽静，餐厅能吃饱不贵。离海边五六分钟，所处海边人比较少，海水干净。旺季二百来块可以凑和住住，三百以上可以选择其他宾馆。

距离海边很近！也很干净，热水24小时很不错！院里很清静！有餐厅很方便！美中不足的是房间里没有电吹风，没有卫生纸！

休养所内绿化环境很好，空气好，安静，只是房间内装修、家具较旧，但床品干净，空调给力。热水不是24小时，一早一晚没有，没有wifi。订的房含早餐，很方便！服务态度好！从这里到繁华热闹的海宁路步行不到10分钟，去刘庄夜市我打的车是5分钟，步行应该20分钟的样子。出门隔壁是交海食府，美团团购的吃得实惠。去海边从6号楼隔壁小门出去，走小路下一段台阶就到了，大约5分钟。总之值得推荐入住。

休养所的环境非常好，私人海滩很干净，不足的就是房间隔音不太好，没有wifi，而且我的房间里还有小动物哟。

环境相当不错，院内有300年的古树，鸟语花香、蝉鸣蝈蝈叫！房间干净宽敞，属于老式招待所，无WI-FI。
