宾馆在秦皇岛市委党校内，正值暑假期间，校园干净安静，距离鸽子窝公园和老虎石海滨浴场距离较远，驾车出行去南、北戴河、黄金海岸和山海关均很方便，步行或公交出行不方便。房间宽敞、明亮，带小阳台，无衣柜但带多功能折叠衣架，便于晾晒衣物，空调安静，毛巾和浴巾也干净。提供简单的早餐，有馒头、咸菜、炒素菜、煮鸡蛋、小米粥等。房间价位不高，性价比不错，房型比较单一，只有标间，没有大床房，对于不喜欢海边喧闹和潮湿的客人比较理想，带小孩子亲子游略有不便。总体上，该宾馆位置对于驾车旅游者是不错的选择，下次还会选择入住。

说实话，已经超出我们的心理预期。房间干净整洁，浴室也很不错。尤其是地处学校里面，安全很有保障。离海边开车不远，生活区也不远，很好
