国营单位，内部设施有点老旧，但还算干净，外部环境弥补了这一不足，园林别墅岁月静好。自有沙滩人少，但是附近的金山嘴海滩视野更开阔。早餐很多人说25一位不值，然而他家在景区早餐已经算良心了，至少食材不糊弄（吃了另一家38一位，牛奶兑水，皮皮虾是腌制的）。宾馆内部的瓦西里酒馆的俄餐也还是不错的。
说了这么多，大家请注意:
1，不论什么房型，一定要二层的，一层潮暗霉味，与二层不是一个阶级。
2，碧螺塔公园门票在淘宝上提前一天买最便宜的大门票即可，无需通票，小孩不要票，如果住友谊宾馆，这里看日出就很好。
3，不要相信美团上的饭店排名，吃海鲜去居民区才好吃又实惠。景区吃得都贵且不一定好吃。
