定的酒店，到了以后，告诉我没有我们要的那种房间，然后和我们沟通说，他们有一个分店，环境都是一样，去了以后，才发现，更本就不是他们的分店，纯粹被他们给骗了。换的那个地方，卫生和环境都很差，洗澡都没有热水。
