酒店的服务是非常好的，住在这里就跟回到了自己家的感觉一样，床也很大很舒服，床单被套很干净整洁，下次有机会还会预定的。

设施还可以，除了刚进房间的时候看到泡茶的杯子里不知道哪个时候的客人泡过的茶包还在杯子里没倒掉，被子有点硬还有几根长发，洗浴间的大毛巾有一大片脏和一堆头发，其它的还能过的去吧。。住了两天三晚，期间没有打扫过。住这里主要是为了方便小孩早晚可以去海里游游，二是房间价格是附近比较优惠的吧

酒店设施卫生方面虽然一般，但是服务还是可以的，房间电话有问题马上就来人维修了。酒店离银滩很近，5分钟的路程，公交3，17，20，21路的起始站在这里，去国际客运码头，北部湾广场老街很方便的。

我和孩子住的标准间，大床房没有了，房间挺大的，有个大大的落地窗，最好的是卫生间里有可以挂衣服的，我们住两天，洗的衣服有地方挂。唯一不足的是房间里没有吹风机，要问前台，还有房间里应该留个前台的号码，这样我就不用跑下去问要吹风机了，直接打电话就可以。宾馆离银滩很近，走路就2.3分钟。

优点是：宾馆和银滩很近，走几步就到了，前台服务员态度不错，宾馆工作人员工作效率挺高
缺点是：房间的设备设施很久很烂了，特别是卫生间，花洒、马桶、洗漱台建议更新。房间床头柜没有插头，不方便充电，电视WIFI等用不了。隔音效果也不好。房间内没有单独的吹风机
