希尔顿欢朋和熟悉的国际希尔顿酒店毫无关系，初三到酒店前台一赵姓员工冷脸让本人苦等二十分钟，关键我们办手续时只有一名客人在办手续，后又来一打扮时尚女子来办入住手续，男服马上敲门叫出门后一女服务员，本人提出即然你们有服务员何必让我等这么长时间，男服说，这不关你事，你等着又怎么了，靠，难道我穿的老土就必须等，花了1334元还是普通标间，同程也坑人不吐骨头，投诉后根本无人理，找了希尔顿国际酒店人家说这家酒店和希尔顿没有业务关系，只能搜集资料上告国家和广西旅游部门。

服务在这个酒店最美好的，虽然我不知道她的名字，但今天下午值班的前台接待的确给我很大的热情与帮助，不光联系好深夜为我热饭，关于房间的清净亦耐心细致的给与最真之服务，以后住宿就选择想希尔顿这样的酒店，因为细节，细节决定成败！
