设施陈旧，卫生较差，被子陈归潮湿，老板冷漠，一般民宿，非正规旅店，整个别墅区都是一个个民宿。离银滩并不近，2公里左右，走路时间半个小时。附近吃饭又贵又不好吃，一盘炒玉米48元，不吃海鲜不给炒菜。自驾游并不需要住在银滩附近，可以住得离银滩远点也无所谓，反正北海不大，开车半个小时车程均可。离景区远点，吃住性价比更高。

非常好，老板人非常好，介绍去附近的菜市买新鲜的海鲜，回来可以代加工，建议我们十月去，就能吃到更多的肥美海鲜了。

酒店离银滩很近，房间不错，床也舒服，度假挺好。别墅区租电动车很贵，大家可以向北走两个路口，去超市门口去租便宜一半。
