  酒店很新很干净 第一次来北海 觉得这个价格和服务都很合适 酒店工作人员服务很好 热情专业 还送小饼干 推荐来北海住这里 不要去那个香格里拉………

  到店没有任何工作人员帮忙拿行李箱。服务态度非常一般，冰冷让人感觉不到一点宾至如归。续住当天中午要个夜晚姨妈巾，服务员说没了你晚上可以自己去买。酒店房间配有的水果没有，晚上11点半回到酒店想吃，问服务员要推三阻四，最后说明天早上给2个小点心。第二天退完房了，问服务员要。服务员才说有这回事。最后给了一小盒快过期变软的小饼干，没法吃。
