提前给父母预订的酒店，酒店服务态度因五一黄金周临时加价，态度很差，一开始坚持不让入住即使提前预订好酒店也态度坚决不让入住。但是经过携程客服的协调和认真的服务最终让父母入住了，入住条件可想而知，本来开开心心去旅游，结果甚是不爽。希望提高服务态度和素养。这样才可以生意兴隆的。

酒店房间不大，刚刚放下两张床，无窗，但抽风机比较通风，wifi 还可以，晚上看优酷不卡。电视没看不会调，入住晚懒得调。洗澡水温可以，但热水出水小了点。楼下吃饭的地方多，超市药店也方便。
