最基本的几点都没有，电视打开就那么两到三个台，真垃圾无线连着基本都没什么用，刚开好房电视打不开打电话到前台叫来服务员开电视，服务员进来开电视就好像谁欠他几百万一样，开了电视很客气的问他你们这无线怎么连上都不能用了，这个老女人竟然理都没理还一副很清高的样子甩门走了，什么服务怪不得订房的时候评分那么低

电视机最多不超过20个台，无线网卡到不能正常使用，电话也不能用，非说电话打通没人接，专门拍了图片让前台看，连线都没有连接，中午前台说了找人看一下，截止到晚上十二点游玩回来，依然没有改变，晚上回来给前台说，前台边打游戏边说，希望能认真对待客户，住了几天除了电话，电视，无线网，其他还是不错的，希望贵公司可以改进。
