住的最不舒服的一次，蟑螂到处爬，连床上、枕头上都在爬，太恶心了。毛巾不但旧，而且是破的。厕所排气扇是坏的，洗澡的下水道排水不畅，洗完澡，水已经到脚裸了。订的是豪华标间，但住的地方比其他宾馆的标间都不如，又黑又小，还停了一次电，以后不会再住了。

订了豪华标间，晚上八点半才过来，前台没注意只给了一间大床房，下去协调，房间全订完了，不过积极解决了，因为房间太小不能加床，多给了一间因为空调坏了空着的大床房，态度感人

第三次入住了，上次入住的时候老公说晚上有人不停地刷卡，不成功还把卡放锁那里像撬锁一样弄，因为我不知道这件事，所以这次我又定这里了，这次半夜两点半竟然又有人刷卡开门，而且打开了，还好我们反锁了，外面的人见开不了就关门走了，第二天问前台答复是：因为其他房间有客人需要加被子，服务员不知道我们这个房间入住了，所以开门想拿被子，看到反锁就解释了一句就关门走了。当时凌晨两点半啊，我老公就在门后面，外面的人说话怎么可能听不到？如果较真的话我就叫经理调出摄像头看了，想想还是算了，反正以后是不会住这里了。
