为什？为什么我会给差评。先不说环境，服务怎样。就说一大早停水，没有热水。我接受不了，受不了……同程网上预定显示接单了，成功了。去到酒店，前台却告知，没有房了。我太困了……

酒店自己服务流程出问题，明明再酒店没有消费饮料，确说我消费了，明确没有消费！但是服务语气和态度变化，来污蔑客人的人品！虽然多几块钱的问题，但这样服务态度，保证以后不会发生吗，所以希望能改进，也许对于几块钱谁都不在在意，但是说到对这种事的态度，说明酒店问题很大。
