首先该酒店没有停车位，我们从成都连夜赶过来保安直接把我们带到旁边小区停着，告诉我们酒店没有停车位然后理直气壮让我们加钱，我说酒店怎么能没有车位，她告诉就是没有。这就是给我们的第一印象，而后晚上整个房间隔音差的不行隔壁说话都能听的见。我们外地游客来北海旅游开了很久长途就想好好休息下，这点都办不到，而后因为初来乍到不知道北海酒店"紧俏"第二天早上我们直接景点玩了，本来准备续住，中午酒店打电话给我告诉我怎么还没办理退房手续，我说我准备续住啊押金也交了400~他说你没有提前续约，我看下房间还空着没，我试问我们都没有退房你凭啥可以把房间租出去，而后前台告诉我，没有租出去。我说那我就继续住吧，她竟然告诉我需要在299元加价到508~我说那我不住了她告诉他们退房时间是1点，你已经超过1个小时40分，需要扣除2个小时两个房间96元，你们定的规则玩法你们说了算，那没到2小时你凭啥就能扣我2小时，她竟然告诉我说就是两小时，试问这种酒店作为服务行业而且这种滨海旅游城市怎么可能存在，不说别的我就问下你们这个酒店设施能配的上这个价吗？服务态度能得到肯定吗？作为外来游客这种酒店只能抹黑这个城市影响。
