房间卫生很好，也比较新，住着挺好挺舒服的，就是位置偏了一点，附近商家少，建议吃完饭再去住，周边可吃的店不多。

地址比较偏僻点，但是房间很干净。出行还是比较方便，去北海老街和银滩这些滴滴打车也可以，去北海站很近，8元车费就可以了。

一开始定了这家酒店，定的是连续住3晚，本来觉得他们家酒店性价比还挺高的，不过接下来发生的事让人很生气，我想大概是因为春节他家生意太好了，就不把顾客当回事了吧。住第一晚的时候，因为北海温度高，被子有点厚想空调开冷气，结果吹了一晚空调都是热风，盖上被子把人热的不行。去服务台交涉，推给经理，经理说空调是中央空调，有顾客反映冷就整栋楼都设定成暖风，调不了冷风。我说不能因为满足一部分客户而剥夺我想开冷气的权利吧，况且北海白天最高温度26度了。经理就是敷衍，我觉得很搞笑，住酒店想开空调连冷气都没有，而且还理直气壮的告诉客人我们就是这样，解决不了，一副你爱住不住的样。说话的语气一点歉意和诚意都没有，毕竟你是给我带来了不便，我是花钱买服务的，你还那个态度，根本不是解决问题的态度，坚决差评，这家酒店服务垃圾的要命！
