特价房是无窗的，有抽风机，而且是不能控制的，声音很响，房间面积还可以，不算太大，淋浴不是干湿分离的，洗个澡，马桶什么都会湿掉，这点不是很好，还有卫生间的灯不是很亮，镜子前面没有灯，水还是很大的。
价格有点小贵，地理位置还不错。
