酒店设施很新，房间宽敞，拉开窗帘就是酒店的室外泳池和海景，景色不错，离闹市区和老街都不远，出行方便。客房服务最满意，主动热情的打招呼，因为我们带孩子入住三晚，洗晾衣服较多，客房服务员郑彩芬主动提供晒衣架，真正是细致主动的服务。不足：卫生间设计合理，干湿分离，但淋浴房的门密闭做得不到位，洗完澡外面一间地上全是水，没有实现干湿分离的目的;作为旅游城市的五星酒店，亲子游的客人很多，酒店没有儿童用品提供;房间的冰箱是上锁的，这也是头一次碰到;酒店离沙滩很近，看得见，却到不了，建议开通通道通往沙滩，可以加强管理，设置酒店私人沙滩供客人游玩，才能吸引更多的游客。

特别喜欢富丽华，第二次住这里了！服务生很贴心，酒店设施人性化，样样都为客人着想，晚上的海鲜自助也特别好，住店客人还有优惠，即使是不住店的，服务员也会提示，团购会便宜些。早餐也很不错，我们的房间是不含早的，80块一位，还是比较值得的，老公说，以后来北海就住富丽华！
