离海边很近，酒店外观不错，但是，房间里的设施陈旧又破损到了惊人的地步！！！烧水壶又破又脏，盖子掉了下来，能把水烧开，差点烫死人！房间里没有充电的地房，好不容易找到插孔，它是坏的！叫服务人员来修，修不好，态度不错，反复给修，那之前在干嘛呢？服务员态度不错，前台没有笑脸。第一次来北海，对这家酒店很失望。一个月前定的携程价，但也不至于这样差吧！对携程太失望了！！！

酒店离海边特别近，房间除了厕所设施陈旧一点，其他都很好，周边吃饭不方便，性价比不高，建议去侨港吃饭，快车11元

服务态度超级差！建议不要去，不是我贪小便宜，不好，叫换张床单。**态度差**，还说什么，如果顾客不要求换的话一般是不换的，说的这是什么话，我无语！拜托你们能不能懂点个人卫生，***，床上还有蚂蚁在爬行，设施陈旧用不了，除了空调，其他来说都一般般，开关按钮也是坏的。但是态度真心差，本来出来是来旅游的，**结果被闹出这么一出，心情都没有了，态度非常差，差到不行，今年我都没有这么生气过，**就这次，被气得！建议不要去这家酒店！服务不行什么都没有心情！！！
