性价比太低，房间太旧太小了，除了过条马路就是北部湾中心广场，门口就有车去银滩去码头，其他都不满意

当初看中他就是市中心，方便交通，吃饭，可过年时，周边很多店都关门了，还是只吃肯德基。公交是在门口，去银滩，码头都方便。
房间太旧了，真就只是个招待所水平，同样的价位可以住比这好得多。
最不可思议的是，我提前好多天订的，居然还比近几日订贵。
总之，除了交通，综合讲性价比太低。
