软件硬件均不到位，独栋酒店没有配备服务员，海景房只看见树林看不见海景，房间有刺鼻味道，楼下海滩烧烤拉了不是酒店的游客，搞得房间都是烧烤味道，阳台也乌烟瘴气；前台服务员态度不好，没有宾至如归的感觉，失望大了，浪费了一块宝地。

很不错的地方，一群朋友去的，住的是5栋，有泳池，环境真的很美丽，房间也不错

那边整个海滩的私密性很好，人很少。如果有车的话，酒店应该还可以选择。
酒店管理严重不足。几乎看不到服务员。
酒店的位置比较偏僻。没有出租车可以打。只能叫黑车，到机场要130元。
北海的出租行业真是太黑了。就算是出租车跟黑车也没什么区别。
早餐还算马马虎虎。
到了晚上酒店附近实在没什么东西吃。
