酒店位于银滩附近，房间设施很好，还有室外游泳池，水质清澈。
但奇怪少见的是，双标间室内，提供有2双一次性布质拖鞋，还有一双塑料拖鞋，两种拖鞋都是塑料袋包装，而且室内未见任何使用说明的公示（瓶装矿泉水及袋装茶包都有标价），正常客人洗浴肯定要穿塑料鞋。但在离店结账时，却被告知，塑料鞋收费，每双15元。灼灼怪事，真是绝无仅有。

游泳池很小，现在淡季游客很少。离银滩有点忙远，挺安静。

在北海1周，除了去涠洲岛，其他时候都住和美，位置相当不错，里银滩，和海滩公园，客运码头都很近，可以走过去，不愿意走的话坐3路，一站路就到了，周边很多大排档，可以自己去点海鲜，也可以在美团团套餐！一共住了3间房，最满意的就是910，其次是722，房价都有阳台，可以看海，凉晒很方便，推荐！推荐！
