酒店就在海边，离港口很近，离侨港风情街也不远，虽然有些年头了，但给我们免费升了级，房间好大的，过了马路就可以下海游泳，很方便。孩子玩得很开心，我们还续住了一碗，棒。

订了精至海景房标间成功，房价是285元，到店说精至海景房没有了只能换成单间，我们没同意思，店家又说加30元现金可以住豪华双标。没办法了，只好又补交了30元现金入住。这也是我第二次艺龙订房，有的事情还搞不懂。为什么订好了房间到店又变成这样。店家就是为了多收房费

先说优点：
1、酒店位置还可以，离银滩和国际码头都很近。
再说缺点，实在不想吐槽这家酒店，可是不想更多消费者入坑，不得不说：
1、酒店设施陈旧，看得出是很多年没装修了，空调效果奇差。
2、酒店早餐东西偏少就算了，服务员的态度令我瞠目结舌。9点早餐结束，我们一行人大概8点50分左右到达餐厅，没什么东西吃就算了，筷子拿了几双居然就说没筷子了，有几个朋友家庭只能共用筷子吃；到了9点，我们还未吃完，就开始收食物，你难道没有看到住客还未食完离开吗？？？吃完了刚出门，小孩突然有呕吐，返回餐厅准备拿几张抽纸擦嘴，服务员板着脸说“不能拿纸，要上厕所去厕所拿纸”。试问一个酒店这样服务，你们是把消费者当作上帝呢还是当作叫花子来对待？住客就是你们的衣食父母，这点*数都不懂，我劝后来人要住这家酒店请三思而后行。

设施太旧太旧了，价格还是挺便宜的，厕所门都居然坏掉了，算了，酒店房间里坏掉的东西太多了，好在服务还行，尽量在及时处理。
