优点：位置绝佳下楼就是海滩，服务到位；缺点：房型描述不清，分不清楚所谓的几号楼几号楼什么的，本以为这个价位可以入住三角形的高楼层，没想到这最具特色的三角形高楼居然在整修，只能住进类似招待所档次的八号楼，理想和现实落差有点大。

定的是8号楼，从高铁站打滴滴大概15分钟，17元就能到。主楼正在装修，估计马上就能投入使用了。房间的空调早开好了，一进门就感觉凉爽。卫生不错，设施齐全，五楼能看到整个海边，下楼三十米就到海边了。早餐挺合口味。美中不足是八号楼没电梯，五楼太高，累。下次住一，二号楼离海更近。

酒店离风情街很近，滴滴车过几块钱，离火车站也很近，最重要的是我们住的九号楼，旁边几步路就是海滩好方便，根本就不用去银滩景区，酒店的海滩也是北海银滩的一部分，所以根本就不用专门再跑去银滩景区，酒店是老酒店，设施还是蛮好的，就是住的那个房间洗澡水不是很热，但是还是可以洗，如果这里再改善一下就完美了
