硬件软件都相当差的酒店，做旅游团生意的，我住进去20分钟内就搬走了不住，房间很多地方发霉的，天花板墙面掉落。加钱也没有好的房间换，都一样。代价就是损失99元的当天房费，不退。地方相当偏僻，因为北海非常小，几公里出去就是城区边缘。不过前台的态度还挺好的。房间确实差。周边交通也不方便。严重不建议自己出来玩的住这里，好评是骗人的，宣传照片也是美化过的。

酒店装修太残旧了，还有一股霉味，如果不是一些旅行团光顾，估计没人来住。但是服务还是可以的。
