网上订了家庭套房显示预定成功并成功付款416元，显示含4份早餐，大家可现在查看网页中的家庭套房一直都是含4份早餐。随后一个400933333的电话一个女人（实在没办法对她表示尊敬）电话说这个房型这个价格没有，必须退了原单再重新付费499元才能定到家庭套房，好的，没意见，反正是假期可能房源是比较紧张那就重新付费吧，于是重新支付了499元房费。赶到酒店跟店员确认房间是家庭套房没错但只有一份早餐。我说网页上写的是4份早餐，店员说这个不清楚网页怎么写的，只根据网站确认的订单说是一份还拿单子给我看，确实写的是一份，并叫我电话那个4009333333的电话反馈问题。于是又打这个400的电话，还是一个女人基地，告知她来电问题之后一点不耐烦也完全没有去重新核对的意思，说原来订单是怎样就怎样了。开什么国际玩笑？学过什么叫服务吗？读过大学吗？没半点职业素养，不管你们谁搞错了订单，家庭套房4份早餐变成1份，自己不去核查原因叫顾客自己去查？还不解决问题。最后前台店员知道订单xin明显存在过失错误，200多的标间还含两份早餐而499的家庭套房一套早餐，于是给补了另外三张早餐票。服务有待提高，下次不会再住，
