酒店有一个很大的优势，机场大巴的起始终点站，但是却没好好利用这个优势，我相信有很多人和我一样是冲着这点订这个酒店的，但是当我们再次询问关于机场大巴发车时间之类的问题时，酒店却推脱说让我们自己联系候机大楼那边，这样很容易造成客人的担心，以至于放弃预订该家酒店。可以理解或许机场大巴业务确实不是酒店本身业务，但是有这样的优势却不好好利用，白白浪费，况且这候机大楼的大厅走路都只有二三十步路…墙上就挂着机场大巴发车时刻表，想想你们的作为，真的是醉了。另外，酒店装修较陈旧，有点是设施齐全，我们定的家庭套房 一张1.8米+一张1.5米 可以住四个人，两室两厅，有厨房机麻和冰箱，亲身体验，冰箱可以用，其他没用不知道具体情况。还有游泳池，但是没有开放。

要不是因为机场大巴就在楼下，我一定不住这里，房间到是没什么太大问题就是有蟑螂，设施不太好，洗澡的龙头不好使，厕所马桶冲水不好用，而且很吵，开不了窗户只能空调，对于我这样空调过敏的人来讲，是最糟糕的一天。价格略贵，我在携程上定的比酒店挂牌价还贵让人心塞。下次出行不会考虑这种托管式公寓。其实打车去机场也不会贵多少，建议北海只住侨港其他地方就算了
