  下至前台服务员上至领导层，服务态度都非常的好，遇到的问题都热情且迅速的解决了。房间内光线充足，六点一刻左右可以看日出，插座自带USB充电口，木地板总体上比瓷砖舒服一些。特别注意阳台晾晒衣服不要挂到阳台边缘，不然海风可能会吹到楼下

  最近疫情情况下，本来还担心，来了后看到酒店相应的消毒措施，也就放心住了，因为经常来这个酒店住，所以比较放心，看到他们是拿一个机器在房间消毒的，第一次看到，比较好奇，网上搜索下，评论说臭氧杀菌比较好，所以住的比较放心。

  国庆假期出游哪哪人都多，无奈老婆孩子假期，总得出来转转，来北海这个还不错，入住这个酒店虽然没有啥高大上，但是从入住到退房，住的蛮舒服的，房价比平时高，也能理解，因为带着孩子，咨询了前台经理很多问题，介绍的很到位，到哪玩，怎么玩，吃什么，还是多张嘴好处多，活地图嘛。还为我们写下来，总得来说假期很开心。酒店整体设施还不错，看出来做的很用心！尤其服务，

  环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。性价比不错，下次还要入住
