522房间，马桶堵，服务员修了两次依然堵，前台也没有主动说换房间然后处理卫生间，直到我们退房依然马桶是堵的，对于一个淡季的酒店，这样应对处理这种问题完全不应该

酒店相当气派，虽然有点年代了，但在银沙滩景区酒店还是有一定地位的。首先，具备大型地下免费停车场，前台接待人员专业，热情，周到，酒店硬件设施齐全，淋浴间也比较大。

酒店后面就是海滩,但是周边设施和环境不行,酒店内部配套设施也不是很好,浴袍都没有,打扫完不留新拖鞋,退房时告诉我有酒水消费,我说没有消费,服务员说那可能搞错了
