房间卫生，床垫子里面是弹簧的那种，躺在上面很难受。被子和枕头并不算干净。房间内很老旧，但是水很热，总体来说也就值这个价。早餐是见过最简单的早餐，两个粥一豆浆，炒面炒米，一人一个鸡蛋，其他没有了。炒面还是凉的。但是！必须点名批评早餐处站在门口的短发女服务员，之前就看网上点评态度不好，去了以后果然如此！态度极其恶劣，是欠她钱还是怎么的，就这态度太败坏酒店形象。酒店周围不远处有购物广场，离老街不算很远，开车十分钟就到。距离银滩较远，但是路很顺。（视频与酒店无关，是在银滩拍的）

这次我们一家出行是自驾游，所以特地在网上选了这家有停车场的酒店！这酒店停车场很大，停车还不收费的，还真是不错！而且，从酒店的云南路一直开能开到银滩一号酒店的沙滩海边，只用十几分钟车程，而且不塞车、沙滩挺干净、很好！酒店整体还是不错的，价格优惠还含早餐，良心价了。
