提前预定好的，一到地点就去酒店前台咨询，前台美女说收不到通，我说在同程订的，她说她们只有携程，没有同程。然后我就坐着等，几分钟又问她，她说没收到通知，让我再坐会，我就打电话给同程客服，后来同程帮我解决的，在此很感谢！说实话不知道是不是前台美女觉像我在线上预订的比较便宜，与他们实体的价格落差大还是什么，那前台的美女表现得很不爽我，星级酒店，没有让我丝毫感觉到星级的服务，有的只是随便的敷衍。递房卡给我都是往前台一掷，就叫我先交三百块，什么也不说！还让我出示全部人的身份证！这么大的一个酒店，这么大的旅游区，这种服务态度，这种管理方法，有待提高！

位置是挺好的，一出门就是银滩，玩完冲浪就可以直接走回酒店就行了，就是卫生设施旧，环境也比较陈旧，节假日的房费有点贵。

马桶是坏的，房间连矿泉水都没有，旁边施工吵得要死，奇葩的是服务员拿着房卡来直接开门了！

服务态度还是很不错的，br就是房间设施太久，br是比较久远的酒店了，br如果要求新新的没有异味没有破家具的，br不要选择了，br省钱的三星酒店。
