环境还不错，就是服务态度不好，去那里问可不可以网上预定，服务员说网上没房了，要在他那里订，会员就198，不是会员就298，开通会员还要交一百多块钱，后来我就在网上看看有没有房，网上却显示有，然后就在网上订了，然后去前台问就安排好，后来问她网上返利是怎么领取的，服务员说我不知道，那是网上搞的，不关她们的事，难道网上和他们酒店不是联网的吗？公司没告诉她们吗？真是晕了。
