网上下了订单，付了款，到酒店前台说没有收到订单，让我打电话给艺龙客服，我觉得很失望，这个电话根本不应该由我来打。酒店与艺龙是怎么合作的，我不管，但是我付款了，到酒店前台就应该直接给我登记住宿。
