  选择该旅店原因是到银滩近，住下來才知还相当远。如自驾游是不错选择，如靠步行或公交(北海公交差)则不考虑。 另老板是一东北家庭开的，老板说他们家主业是房产生意，旅店只是副业，也就不重视了。 好在服务态度好。

  位置不错，是别墅区里的楼房改造，楼下有小院子可以停车。设施稍简单了点，略旧，房间应该是后改造的，不大。
