北海的这家维也纳酒店规模蛮大，但与另外一家酒店合用电梯，略显混乱和不力。酒店房间同是大床房，但要比别的酒店要小一些，房间内的装修风格是一致的，但设施要老旧一些。不过，早餐很丰富，品种很多。

位置:离北海万达广场步行10分钟，在小区门口，旁边是开曼。标志走到杭州路就能看到了。附近是生活区，晚上休息非常安静。附近有公交到火车站、银滩、园博园。但是北海公交不发达，等车很久，所以滴滴最方便。到银滩滴滴12元左右，侨港风情街9元，红树林24左右。楼下附近药店，早餐店，还有菜市场。br服务:礼貌，热情，高效，有问题都帮助解决。到达房间还会询问是否满意房间。br设施:房间大小合适，一个人住宽敞，光线不错。细节上不错，比如夜灯的设计，卫生间门后的挂钩以及淋浴间的挂物架等。洗手台稍微低了点，好在个子不高。厕纸的位置有点靠后。如果有小冰箱就更好了。br早餐不包含，所以没有体验。楼下有泳池，但天冷。总体是很满意的一次体验。
