酒店距离银滩大概3公里，离侨港小吃街1公里，离码头1公里，交通便利，从火车站下车直接坐102路到夏日海湾站下车就是酒店。同事住在银滩对面的辰茂酒店，价格是这一倍，除了距离银滩近，其它都不如这家酒店，而且酒店楼下有租电动自行车（每小时5元），骑上电动车到海边就10分钟。酒店设施较新，服务员态度好。
