酒店环境还行。空调挺静的，热水也不错。就是离银滩、侨港都好远。。。离北海老街挺近的，打个三轮车10元即到！218三人间还送早餐，性价比还行。

评分40。服务员的水平--1）前台，招来的农村姑娘，没有接受过前台培训。2）楼层服务员，会搞卫生，为人热情的大妈。3）有长期租用的办公室，人来人往。
卫生--一般一般，勉强可以接受。。早餐--惨不忍睹，白粥，白菜，鸡蛋每人限一个，炒粉，豆浆，炒粉和豆浆还要等。餐厅是楼顶阳台临时改装的简易。便宜也是有原因的啊。
如果下订单前亲身看过，如果其他地方有房，即使多花100快，我也不想再去第二次。

放假的空间大，商务双人间还有沙发茶几，还配了电脑，网速很快，设施挺齐全的

在春节里，北海各酒店相继涨价的时候，这家酒店没有涨价。
虽然在入住时与前台有些小摩擦，说是艺龙没有把我这个订单的传真发给他们。
幸好打艺龙程客服，当场解决了。
希望酒店今后能跟艺龙紧密合作

还行吧，性价比不算高，因为是国庆的时候去的，所以还是有点贵。但是在国庆期间这个价格还是能接受，要是平时这个价格 就真是坑爹了。离火车站算近，但是必须得打车才能到。因为那边的公交本来就不是很方便，中间还要换乘，不是很容易找的。 房间的设施一般，还是基本上满意

环境还不错，服务态度也挺好，就是送的早餐东北大哥做的，南方人吃不惯啊，北方的朋友倒是说很合他们口味。酒店整个还挺干净的，睡得也舒服，搭车到市中心或者银滩都方便。
