酒店周边环境不好，特别是吃的，春节出游到酒店周边一个北方饺子馆吃饭，特别欺诈人，服务极差，建议别去，酒店总体来说就是设施比较陈旧。

酒店的价格还可以，不过洗澡间的排水不够顺，有积水，去北海的西街“升平街”很近，2公里多点。

政府招待所一样的酒店，卫生比较干净，设施设备陈旧，停车方便，各方面感觉一般，估计是政府投资建设的原因，装修风格、经营方式没有私人的酒店那么人性化。

设施陈旧，貌似三星级????真的还不如随便一家快捷酒店。从酒店外面看还不错，进到房间就只能呵呵了。建议如果酒店还是这样，大家根据情况决定自己住哪里吧！
