同程上的照片完全是骗人的，房间说有45平，实际使用面积不到25平。房间味道很重，宽带好慢。预付费不让退，打了三次电话投诉，一直在推托。最气人的是还把差评给删了！

图片是假的，房间很小，25平，设施陈旧，网络很差。预付订房，完全上当了。坑爹的是同程还不让退。打客服电话投诉，打了三次，花了一个多小时，搞到夜里12点，客服推脱找不到领导，明天再解决。
