在网上预订豪华主题房时候看设施里有浴缸才订的，结果到了说只有一个房间有，并且被订出去了，有欺骗顾客嫌疑！
然后问有没有水床房？
前台：没有！只有剩一间房。
去了那房间一看，那个卫生，地板居然还有酒瓶子，去前台投诉给我们换了水床房（呵呵，之前直接就没有）
房间卫生各种头发，体验差到不行，不会再来！
